FROM JOHNNA’S KITCHEN: BAKED POTATO SOUP

This week from Johnna’s Kitchen, we bring you a soup that will have you asking for more than seconds! Learn how to make baked potato soup below:

Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients:

1 32 oz bag frozen hash browns
1  32 oz can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
¾ cup crumbled bacon
½ teaspoon rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

Simply combine everything in a large pot. Cook on medium for 1 hour. You can also cook this soup in crock pot on high for 3 hours. Sprinkle chives or bacon on top and serve hot. Enjoy!
