Muffins are a perfect balance between breakfast and dessert! Try making these pumpkin muffins this Fall from Johnna’s Kitchen!
1 package of yellow cake mix
1 can of 15 oz pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then spray a 12 muffin pan with pam.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Then spoon the batter into muffin pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. To spice things up, spread cream cheese icing on top of each muffin!
