FROM JOHNNA’S KITCHEN: Chili

It’s getting chilly out there! The only thing to cure being cold is actual chili! Test out this recipe from Johnna’s Kitchen and tell us what you think!

Chili

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 jalapenos chopped

3 cloves garlic minced

3 lbs ground beef

½  teaspoon garlic salt

½ teaspoon season salt

½  teaspoon cayenne

¼ teaspoon paprika

1 can black beans

1 can kidney beans

3 cans tomato puree

Directions: 

In a large pot add oil, onions, jalapenos, and ground beef. Cook till brown add garlic for 2 minutes. The add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes.

Serve hot with some tasty cornbread!
