FROM JOHNNA’S KITCHEN: PUMPKIN DIP
Are you going to a haunted Halloween party this weekend? Amaze your friends with this pumpkin dip from Johnna’s Kitchen!
2 packages of softened cream cheese
1 can of pumpkin puree
2 cups of sifted powder sugar
2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
First beat softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree together until smooth. Then add powder sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Be sure to mix thoroughly. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. You can serve this pumpkin dip with fruit, graham crackers, ginger snap cookies, mini bagels, vanilla wafers, or spiced wafers. Enjoy!
