Looking for a Fall treat to serve after dinner? Why not try monkey bread? While were making this delicious dessert, let’s add pumpkin to the mix! Learn how to make from Johnna’s Kitchen below:















Pumpkin Monkey Bread


1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
4 cans buttermilk biscuits
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup butter
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 package cream cheese


First pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a bundt cake pan with pam. In a large Ziploc bag mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice together.
Separate biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Then add them to the Ziploc bag with the mixture in it and shake it. When the dough is completely covered, put mixture in the cake pan.

Next, in a saucepan with medium heat, stir in brown sugar, butter, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese. Be sure to stir occasionally until melted together and whisked smoothly. Then pour mixture over biscuits. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan for 2 minutes. Lastly, put the cookie sheet on top of cake pan and flip over so the mixture is on the cookie sheet.
