FROM JOHNNA’S KITCHEN: PASTA AND PEAS RECIPE
After a long day, sometimes you just want to whip up a simple meal! You can do just that by learning this recipe from Johnna’s Kitchen.
Pasta and Peas
1lb Angel Hair Pasta cooked as package directions suggest
1 large bag frozen peas cooked as package directions suggest
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
½ cup grated Italian cheese
2 eggs beaten
First add all of the ingredients into a large pot on medium heat stir around for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove after ten minutes. Then cover with a lid and let it sit on the hot stove for about 5 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with extra Italian cheese. You can also serve with crushed red pepper on the side. Enjoy!
