How to Become a Vendor

Getting started at Cowtown is simple. Interested vendors do not reserve spaces online or over the phone. Instead, vendors arrive in person on market days to secure a spot. The rental office is located near the front ATM machine and cow statue. Market staff will help assign available spaces for the day. Spot assignments begin at 6:00 AM on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Important Vendor Policies

All vendors are expected to follow Cowtown’s established policies to help maintain a safe and organized marketplace. These guidelines help create a positive shopping experience for customers and vendors alike. Key rules include:

  • Vendors must sell only within their assigned space
  • Merchandise must remain displayed from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Vendor spaces cannot be sublet or transferred
  • Trash must be properly boxed and disposed of
  • Games of chance or raffles require management approval

New vendors can maximize their success by preparing ahead of time. Consistency is also important. Many successful Cowtown vendors build loyal followings by appearing regularly and creating memorable customer experiences. Helpful tips include:
