Rent Collection & Regulations 

• Tuesday & Saturday spot assignments begin at 6:00am.
• Monthly rents are to be paid on the 1^st market day of each month. If Monthly and/or Daily rent is not paid when due, a late fee will be added.
• Vendor spots are available on a daily or monthly basis.  Inquire with Rental Agent for monthly arrangements.
• In the event a monthly vendor is not able to attend on any market day or a late arrival is anticipated, they are required to contact the Cowtown Farmers Market Rental Office 856-769-3000 no later than 7:30am of that day. It is OK to leave a message. If notification by phone is not made, the vendor space will be rented out that day with no exceptions!
• During the winter months of January & February, all outside spots will be charged on a daily basis. As of April 1^st, ALL monthly spots will resume rental payments. Daily rents will exist all 12 months of the year.
